WebTry WD 40 or PB Blaster and tap it. Let it sit for a bit and come back and tap it harder with a hammer but don't damage it. Then get two wrenches, one to hold the faucet in place and the other to twist the hose off. Go in opposite directions so they cancel themselves out and not snap the PVC hooked to the faucet.
