In the third phase he has some lightning attacks that can one-hit you, but on the other hand he also has less posture and health in the third phase due to losing his armor, so you can kill him quickly if you don't get one-shot. Top off before finishing phase 2 and just focus on bullying him, he has long combos but fairly easily deflected combos and he has ass for defense so he gets posture broken quickly if he doesn't put you on your back foot.
