But if we created a share using - net use F: \\servername\sahre 1 /persistent:yes the share will be created and user can access until a logoff/logon. WebHowever, when selecting the drive on the left-hand side the user can reach it (screenshot attached). The net use command does not bring back the letter S in use and trying to remap the drive to the same location under a different drive letter prompts for credentials. The S drive folder is not present in the Network key of the registry.
